Basic Services of Funeral Director, Staff & Overhead $2,750.00
Our services include: conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; shelter of remains; preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes proportionate share of our basic overhead costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charge for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as cremation or immediate burial.

Forwarding Remains To Another Funeral Home
This charge includes removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorization and local transportation. This charge does not include any rites, ceremonies, or airfare. $3,340.00
Receiving Remains From Another Funeral Home
This charge includes basic services of staff, pick up of remains, and transportation of remains to the funeral home. This charge does not include any rites, ceremonies, vault, casket, or cemetery charges. $3,140.00
Immediate Burials
This charge includes removal of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, and basic services of the staff. This charge does not include any rites, ceremonies, vault, or cemetery charges.

Direct Cremation
This charge includes removal of remains, local transportation to crematory, crematory charge, and basic services of staff. This charge does not include any rites or ceremonies.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can us an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without and outside covering).

Our Payment Policy
Cash advances– Monies paid to third parties on your behalf to help facilitate the funeral, represents an interest-free cash outlay on the part of the funeral home; therefore, reimbursement for such expenses is requested on the day of the funeral.
Payment Policy- total funeral bill, we are a small
business providing services and merchandise and are very dependent upon
our clients for prompt payment.
The total balance in all cases is due within 30 days of the
arrangement conference. In all cases where total payment has not been
received within the allotted 30 days, a late payment penalty of 1.5% per
month (18% per annum) will be charged on the unpaid balance, in
addition to a re-billing fee of $20.00 per month. Under circumstances
wherein the estate of the decedent will bear full responsibility for
paying the funeral expenses, all late payment penalties will be imposed
for payments received after 30 days. When monies are not readily
available or guaranteed to us for funeral expenses, evidence of
financing and payment must be given prior to the time of the funeral
being scheduled and/or announced.
